Shipping Policy for Three Daughters Keepsakes Co.

Production time
Personalized coloring books are created and shipped within 2 business days after we receive the completed personalization form and all usable photographs. We will contact you if any information or photographs are missing or unusable. Other products show their processing time on the product page.

Shipping cost and transit
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. Planners, journals and gift boxes ship from Texas by USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, and you choose the service at checkout. Printed apparel and other print-on-demand items ship directly from our print partner at the rate shown at checkout. We do not offer local pickup or local delivery.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after your order ships. Transit times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or stolen packages
Three Daughters Keepsakes Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Incorrect addresses
Please provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
