Creation and shipping

Every personalized coloring book is individually designed, printed, assembled, and packaged by hand. Place your order first; no questionnaire or photos are required before checkout. Your order-confirmation email contains a questionnaire and photo-upload link connected to your order number.

Coloring books are created and shipped within 2 business days after the completed form and all usable photos are received. Other products show their own processing times on the product page. US shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order (USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail). Estimated shipping transit is 3–5 business days after your order ships. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships. We do not offer local pickup or local delivery.

Personalized-order policy

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, completed orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error made by us.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page and include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will be happy to help make it right.

After placing your order

Complete the questionnaire from your order-confirmation email. Double-check names and spelling. Upload at least 10 clear photos for a 10-page book or at least 20 clear photos for a 20-page book. You may submit a few extra photos so we can select the ones that create the best coloring pages.
