Returns, Replacements, and Order Issues

Because each coloring book and keepsake is personalized and made specifically from the photos and details submitted with the order, personalized and custom-made products are final sale. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production has begun due to preference, photo selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, contains a production error, or does not match the approved order details, contact us at threedaughterskeepsakeco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, correction, or refund as appropriate.

Non-personalized items

Non-personalized items, if offered, may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Contact us before returning any item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping costs for approved non-personalized returns are the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
